Are you referring to 16 Nov 2011 or 17-May-2015? 17-May-2015 date is the birth date of version 1.42.13. Anyone using the same software will have the same birth date for the software.

it gave the date as 16 November.

The fixdisk output where normally it is the current date and time.
E.g.
