Is fixdisk stuck in a loop?

Just to be clear, on the basis that the machine was not in good condition, I agreed a refund for the complete machine which I have now returned.

On the basis that the hard drive was the original then the Humax had been pretty lightly used and I would have kept it but tried to get a rebate on the purchase price.
