ITV HD Missing From Remote Scheduling

Have you renumbered your stations?

I suggest this topic is at least moved to the custom section, and maybe merge it with the RS topic.

Somebody's on the ball today, but please could it be split back into a separate thread? It's a specific user problem and adding it to the general RS thread just makes that even harder to read, thanks.

It looks like the RS server doesn't have the EPG data for that channel on your transmitter. Are you in a position to run the rs/epgpush diagnostic on your Humax to see if that fails with an error?

Even better would be if you could run the following from the command line:

humax# rs -d epg offer 12327 17605

(where the humax# part is the default prompt and shown for reference.)

and also

humax# rs epg

and look for the line about ITV HD.

That's interesting. It seems that it is the list of channels that is out of date rather than the EPG data.
Could you try the rs/chanpush diagnostic?

Your box appears to have channels from multiple regions.. is that on purpose?
 
I thought I had manually tuned all channels to the Waltham transmitter but it's possible I've missed one or two which are likely to be from Belmont. Does that make sense?

I'm guessing that your ITV HD is coming from the East Midlands region rather than East Yorks & Lincs which would explain the problem.

Can you post the output of the rs/muxdump diagnostic and enclose it in [code]...[/code] tags when you post? That will show where the different channels sit.

Ok, the confusion is coming from the fact that you have some MUXs configured on your Humax from the East Yorks & Lincs region. No channels from them but the MUXs are configured.

I would perform a manual re-tune for just your region following the procedure at http://hummy.tv/forum/threads/hdr-fox-t2-tuning-advice.472/page-2#post-5824 (you can see the channel numbers you need from the output in the last post 29,56,57,54,61 and 58 for the HD MUX (using DVB-T2).)

Don't forget to backup the schedule first so you can easily restore it afterwards.
