latest update does it matter which order i do the loader and apps hdr files

Was going to update via a pc and serial cable and noticed that there are 2 files in the latest update - an apps hdr file and a loader hdr file.
Does it matter which order i do them in?

Hi,
As my 9200C is behaving erratic, I would like to load software into it, but have not been able to find it so far.
Can you help me, either a link where I might download, or mailing me your copy, please?
I'm at wits end, so any help would be much appreciated.

No internet for the next 2 days (i'm writing this at work at the moment) but i'll have a look where i got it from or see if i still have a copy to mail off
 
sorry i have the 9200t
after a bit of googling i got this which is a translated foreign humax site

can't post urls but if you google - 9200c humax
the 8th result down on my search using the google web search not bing or yahoo is for a humax finish site i think - click the link to translate it and then when that page opens up , on the left down a bit id a link to download center, after that click the link to pvr9200c and it has some info and a download file
