Log date/times

After turning on/rebooting the following logs are timestamped one hour later than they should be:
boot
rsvsync
xinit

This is in the webif/diagnostics and looking via ftp.
Any reason for this ?

System time is GMT, and some areas of code don't properly account for the current daylight saving setting.
