Logitech MyHarmony App

Has Logitech changed this? If I remember correctly, there used to be some drivers installed on the PC, and then you logged in to a web service to update (eg) a Harmony 300. I've gone on there today, and the site has had me download a desktop app (and, I might say, somehow installed it without my admin password!).

Yes, it's now a Silverlight app.

Strangely enough, Android doesn't support Silverlight yet it has the Harmony app. Also, if you wish to set up an Amazon Fire TV box and link it to a Harmony hub, the only way to do it used to be via the mobile app; it was impossible using the pc app. I wonder if this has changed?
