Can somebody give me blow-by-blow instructions for performing a manual channel scan please?

I receive West from Mendip (which I want as my primary source), and Wales from the Mynydd Machen local transmitter (I have aerials pointing at Mendip and Mynydd Machen). I also get some bleed through from Wenvoe which I would like to eliminate.

I'm aware of what it says. Looks like I'll have to work it out for myself then.

Bit confused as to what you want to know?

If you want to know how to get Mendip as your primary source, scan that first so that BBC, ITV and CH4 are allocated to the right numbers.
Then, I would scan the others so that they are shunted down the EPG as duplicates.
