Media index seems to be corrupted

Just a quick plea for help

My Foxsat-HDR recorder has worked well for years, but today, when I brought up the media view, although the disk capacity is unchanged at 59%, most of the folder names have disappeared. When I go into File Manager mode the folder names are there, but with zero programmes in each.

Any thoughts about what I could do to sort out this problem? I suspect that the files are all there on the disk (and of course on a physical level they will be), but the index has somehow lost track of them.

The Custom Firmware has a Linux FS scan and repair package.

I have installed the custom firmware and run the repair utility and this fixed the problem. Thank you for you help, which is greatly appreciated. Richard
