Media Sharing Help

Sorry if this is a really dumb question, but I've installed the latest firmware released today and selected the media sharing option in the settings.

Can someone give me an idiot's guide on how to see the Humax on my PC? I've Windows 7, and it's not appearing as if it's connected to my network.

I'm using a Wi-Fi dongle, could that be the problem? The PVR is connected to my router properly as all the Portal stuff (iPlayer etc) all works perfectly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I get the error message "windows cannot discover any computer or device"
