Middle LNB Output

I have connected the middle LNB to my TV with sat decoder but the signal it receives is very poor 40% quality or lower. power saving is disabled on the hummy. Why is the signal dropping so much from 90 -95% quality on the hummy?

Turn on power saving, the manual is incorrect. I use it to feed a fta HD box, you of course get the usual restrictions on channels you can access while the box is on or recording in sby.
