Missing recordings on media server

I've just noticed that not all recordings (that I can see and play just fine on the hdr) are showing on the media server when I access from PC.

I can't really see what is different about the missing ones. Some missing ones are from a series on series link so it's not a particular channel.

Anyone else see this problem?

I have this problem but only when using windows media player on win7 and not with XBMC running on the same machine or with my phone or my ps3. So i think its a win7 media player problem. I too am missing some episodes of one series link - i cant see a pattern.
