Multiple Failed Recordings

Riiiight..

Thats my problem then.
I hadn't rescanned. So all my BBC One HD recordings over the past week have failed.

Yeah I've had full normal signal on my HD channel though. Its only the name that has changed. Which I never thought would be affecting my recordings. But it has been.

They couldn't just change the name, the services are now different in the different regions therefore the service IDs had to be separated out as well. ServiceID is the key.
 
I explained it in #14, just 5 posts before. Amazing how someone can find the thread to post in but didn't apparently bother to read it before doing so.
 
I now believe that my Humax was misbehaving. As part of my ferreting on the issue I did a retune and was amazed to find that I only had around 50 channels. Did a factory reset and I now have 165! More testing will be necessary to see if the reset has solved the failed recordings. I don't think I'd done a reset for at least 3 years.
