Newbie trying to play Standard Def movie file on PC

From the documentation I've read on your forums, I think I understand that if I move a **standard definition** movie file from the HDR Fox T2, to a PC, via the onscreen menus and a USB device, I should be able to play it on my PC without the need for any clever trickery, which is great.

I tried it and found that one small movie gave me four files on my USB, three of which are very small and the computer didn't recognise them. The fourth was a very large file (possibly a .ts file), which the laptop automatically opened using Media Player (I have version 12).

Unfortunately, only the audio track seems to work.

Is there an easy to implement as low-tech as possible solution to the problem which will allow the visual to play too?

Many thanks

Marcel
