I was under the impression that this facility has to be installed from the Packages , so I am at a loss to understand why I am getting crop.ts files in my recordings (as well as .ts files), as I have not installed this, any idea what is happening?

.crop files are procuced by the detectads package when the cropping option is selected, depending on the other options selected these are usually renamed to the original file name at the end of processing but may be left around if the original file was in-use at the time.

Thank you for the reply, I now understand what has happened, you are correct, the crop option was flagged on in the settings for detectads package, all is good.
