No channels

Randomly stated there were no channels on start up this evening. Powering down and factory reset failed to work. Antenna out connected to Samsung UE40D6530 which displays full freeview HD channel selection. Able to watch media recorded programmes without problem. No change to cabling, etc.. Using FHTCP 1.02.28. Any ideas or should I be contacting Humax?

Is it asking to perform a first-time installation (the factory reset will do that too)? A few of us have experienced out-of-the-blue factory resets.
 
Thanks for the reply. No it wasn't, but I went through the full installation process anyway. No channels whatsoever. I'm thinking tuner hardware fault?
