'No data connection set up; please use PASV or PORT' error from betaftpd

This has just started when I access the humax from outside the LAN using a no-ip address. I connect ok from the LAN. Anyone assist?

[L] PORT mode was successful, Please update your site profile.

Am in the /media/ dir but no listing however I can list the parent dir and then return to the /media/ dir.
