No signal while recording

When recording a channel, I can no longer watch another one. I can watch the channel that I am recording but all other channels show 'no signal'. As soon as I stop recording, I get them all back again Any ideas?

You've lost a tuner or one of the feeds to the tuners.

open the settings menu and highlight Freesat Tune Press Red Green Yellow Blue Green Yellow Blue. That should open a manual setup hidden menu. Press Right on Antenna Setting. What does Antenna Type and Connection Type say ?
