[noaerial] Running the unit without an aerial connected

Following on from the discussion in the Foxsat forum section:
On the HDR Fox-T2 you can fudge the database(s) from the command line having installed the CF.
If you have a unit with no aerial connection and no tuning data (having done a factory reset or suffered the Install Wizard misery, or similar), then the HDR nags you to retune constantly.
It is possible to use the unit as a media player only by just ignoring the nag and pressing the Media button on the remote, but it is annoying.

The new noaerial package creates a fake channel in the tuning database to stop this irritation.
Installing it will clear the database on any unit it is installed on, deactivate the tunefix-update and tunefix packages if they are installed (by uninstalling them) and reboot.
It is also a self-uninstalling package, so you will not see it in the list of installed packages as it does nothing once it's installed - it's just a one-shot operation.

I see hordes of people rushing to install this :cautious: - DON'T - it is very niche! Maybe someone will find it useful, or maybe not.

Only tested on the HDR so far, not on the HD.
