Ah, yes, that explains a lot. I haven't made changes recently other than the two Web-if's in quick suggestion (suspicious as they don't happen too often), so I guess it's 'probable user error' (as IBM used to say for everything).
Anyway all is now good - having installed the package.

In this case it almost certainly ISN'T user error. WebIf upgrade should have installed it automatically as a dependency, so something must have gone wrong somewhere. But we will never know now.
