If you own the above and a JP1 or equivalent cable which enables you to backup your remote configuration I would ask for help in obtaining the binaries for our fox t 2 remote control when it is set in mode 2. If you're willing to help I could comeback with more details.

If it helps, the only difference between the codes sent in the different modes is the last part. 0x1000 for mode 1, 0x10fa for mode 2.

Thank you very much af. The wizards at JP1 remotes managed to work out a sequence, which means that my resurrected Classic Slingbox (repaired by me with instructions from web at the cost of 34pennies, another story) can work with both hummy and foxsat hdr. If anyone needs any of this, point them in my direction.

Excellent news - for any stumblers across this thread the JP1 forum thread is at http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=14308&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=15

And the device codes are:

Code:
  Mode 1: 0.16
  Mode 2: 250.16
  Mode 3: 251.16
  Mode 4: 252.16
  Mode 5: 253.16
  Mode 6: 254.16

A full OBC table is as follows (codes in hex)

Code:
        POWER - 0
        SOURCE - 2
        ONE - 3

For anyone interested in playing around with JP1 and 'Remote' learning of codes etc. a basic requirement would be obtaining a cheap remote that does both, I recently bought a couple of these All-4-One devices available both in-store and online :- LINK HERE from Home Bargains
