picture breaking up when recording and using time delay

#1
Hi, I've been getting picture break up when a programme is recording and the same program is being watched using the time shift function. Is this usual? I would normally just watch the recording, if I'm running late with a programme, but in this case it was quicker to to "pause".

Just interested to know if this is common, or symptoms of a problem.

This is similar to another topic HERE (click), where I have posted some performance tests. I think reception interference at the time of recording is the most likely source of problems.

Was this HD or SD? Anything else being recorded at the same time?
