portal update

right got the portal update on ausb stick but for the love of god cant update it at all! done everything it says on the humax site, standby, mains off, usb in, hold standby, mains on blam nothing!! says update then doesnt update! frustrating!!!!! help!

Can you give some more details on what you've done so far? You need to download the zip file from the Humax beta site, then unzip it and put the HDF file inside it at the top level of a FAT32 formatted USB disk.

The file should be named HD_FOX_T2_upgrade.hdf.

If it doesn't work, the it is possible that your USB disk isn't supported and the only recourse is to try a different one.
