portal-xtra1 package not showing in installed packages

I thought I would check this package out, but now can't remove it.

I lost my nerve on the "remove custom firmware packages and settings" on the Diag page.
 
Strange - that shouldn't happen. You can forcibly remove the any portal packages by running the remove_portals diagnostic from the web interface diagnostic page and then restarting.
 
Thanks AF123. I sussed that the web if had not refreshed. I opened it again in a new browser session and it was there, Should the web if auto refresh?
 
There are known refresh problems with IE. If you're using that then you should configure it to check for a newer page on every request.
