Power on volume

Is there a way to set the power on volume? I've looked in the settings but can't find anything.

Yes (assuming customised firmware given where you have posted) you can do this using the poweron-channel package.
Once installed you can use the web interface settings screen to configure one or a combination of power-on channel, volume and favourites group.
