Problems with rs package

I'm having some issues with my rs package, which has always worked beautifully in the past, keeping an eye on the EPG and recording things when they pop up on one of the many many freeview channels. Without it I would miss (and am now missing alsorts!).

Basically I've stopped getting the emails to say it's seen something I've told it to look out for and scheduled the Hummy to record it.

If I log in at rs.hpkg.tv, it reports that it is seeing my Hummy (eg as i type, it was 11 minutes ago), but if I go into the EPG there it's completely blank.

I've tried deleting the Hummy in the settings at rs.hpkg.tv and then readding it in the rs package on the Hummy, and I can occasionally get the EPG back for a while, but it doesn't stay.

Can anyone help? I miss my automated recordings! Thank you.

(In case it's relevant, I am in the UK, but for security I am using a Surkshark VPN in my OpenWRT Router with what they claim to be a UK endpoint. Could that be in any way relevant to this?).

Has RS worked since you set up the VPN?

Failing that try the rs/chanpush diagnostic.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, it has worked since I set up the VPN, but I'm aware that the VPN end point IP address changes quite regularly so I wondered if perhaps the endpoint I've got most recently was in some way problematic. Anyway I've switched off the VPN and I still have no EPG in rs.hpkg.tv, so that's probably a red herring.

I've just run the rs/chanpush diagnostic. It says "Already up-to-date". And it does that with or without the VPN connected.

But still no EPG at rs.hpkg.tv.

Is there anything else I can investigate?
