I have been unable to use telnet.
I am using PuTTy to access the box via telnet. My version of PuTTy is 0.78 and it is different to that shown in the wiki for tenet.
The options I have are: SSH, Serial, Other and Telnet. However, Telnet has a menu of 4 choices: Rlogin, SUPDUP, Raw, and bare ssh-connection.
I have tried all option using port 23.
The box is hard wired and the linux computer if connected via wifi to the router.
I have had a house move and not tried to access the box from my computer for years now and have forgotten everything!
