PVR loses all scheduled programme reservations

PVR loses all it's reserved programme schedules and returns to default picture settings when turned off or after a power interruption. Also ITV channels appear to have stopped updating the TV guide....Any similar experiences and what might be the cause of the memory loss? Is it a stay alive capacitor or battery that can be easily replaced?

It is a fairly common problem with the 9300T and I haven't seen anyone post a solution. The schedule of future recordings is stored in Flash RAM on the motherboard so I guess the problem must be on the motherboard and hence not easy to repair.
