The above happened but the shrink still went ahead:
The program then kept trying to Queue for decryption at each start up (auto log below) but did not show in the queue:
I have done a 'decrypt in place' which seemed to work okay and stopped the entries in the auto log. I was under the impression that the program could not be decrypted if already shrunk.
