Random failed recording and audio description ...

As above, usually failed Film 4 recordings. Also had problems with subtitles or audio description switching themselves on. Subtitles can be switched off using 'back' button, but audio description cancelled only by switching off then re-booting.................infuriating. Have had the unit for 3 years...ish.
