Because ITV3 & ITV4 are not available through Freeview in my area is it possible to record from the digibox onto the PVR3000T if so can anyone tell me how?

No. Virtually all the PVRs will only record the digital stream that comes through the aerial. A hard disk DVD recorder would be what you would need.
