Recording issue

Hi all

I have an issue with some of my recordings being greyed out. When I try to watch them it seems that they did not record.
I did a signal test which shows that tuners 1 & 2 are fine but tuner 3 shows 0% for signal strength & 0% quality.

Could this be the reason ?

Thanks in advance for any replies

I think this has been covered before. To get a reading on the third tuner you need to record from two different multiplexes then watch a channel from a third multiplex.

Like what Trev said, no.
A bit more on the topic here:

Could be the infamous Humax freeview recorder tuned to more than 1 transmitter issue.
Just because the Humax asks you which transmitter you want to tune to does not mean that it will just go ahead and do that for all channels. Then it just goes and gets itself confused about which transmitter to record from.

I don't think anyone has written a set of manual tuning instructions for the FVP-4000T yet. But it would probably be similar to the HDR-FOX T2's
