Try this for readability (fine if you can zoom in of course, but the fine print is about 3pt):

Not a good test but I zoomed to fit the phone screen width. Couldn't read T&Cs. Put reading glasses on and still couldn't read them. I wonder if unreadable conditions are enforceable, especially if you can't zoom in to them.
