Remote control reset

Anyone know how I reset the RM-F04 to its default state please?
Specifically, in the past I set the code for controlling the TV, but now want to return it to the default code set for the TV.
The unit in question is an ADB, but it'd be useful to know for the MDB as well.

Are the TV codes etc different for an ADB remote? I tried to set one for my Sony TV using a 3-digit code I know works. Since seeing your question the one for which the code works is an MDB model;.


Later: Answered my own question by trying 4-digit codes from my Foxsat manual for the RM-F01 remote. ADB remote now sorted and operating Sony TV and Soundbar.
