Remote schedule while away from home

I have been searching for a way to setup remote access to EPG while not at home.. Can someone show me a dummies guide as have tried port forward setup from O2 wireless box 2 without success.. Can access router interface remotely using DYNDNS address but cannot get through to HDR FOX T2. Have seen the previous thread on remote wan to webif, however I seem to get lost in the whole SSL component,,

Any advice would be appreciated.

While you can set up various things in order to gain access to your Humax over the Internet in a fairly secure way, assuming it's turned on at the time, the Remote Scheduling Portal probably fits your needs better. See http://wiki.hummy.tv/wiki/Remote_Scheduling
