Remote Scheduling; "potential conflicts" problem

This is not really a conflict, is it?

Conflicts have been detected in your recording schedule on humax.
The following events conflict:

28 E4 Sun 14/10/12 20:00 - 21:50: Jumper
54 BBC HD Sun 14/10/12 21:30 - 22:30: Dragons' Den

Must be a problem in the conflict calculation somewhere?
The remote scheduler web-page confirms the same conflict, none of the adjacent schedules create a conflict either; this is the Sunday evening list, copied from the web-page.

All recordings are AR.
54 BBC HD Formula 1: The Korean Grand Prix (Folder: Formula 1) Sun 14 Oct 2012 19:00 01:00:00
52 Channel 4 HD Kevin McCloud's Man Made Home Sun 14 Oct 2012 20:00 01:00:00
28 E4 Jumper Sun 14 Oct 2012 20:00 01:50:00
54 BBC HD Dragons' Den Sun 14 Oct 2012 21:30 01:00:00
33 ITV1 +1 Downton Abbey Sun 14 Oct 2012 22:00 01:05:00

Note, there had been a conflict previously, but I had removed it, this was the previous conflict e-mail...

33 ITV1 +1 Sun 14/10/12 22:00 - 23:05: Downton Abbey
50 BBC One HD Sun 14/10/12 21:30 - 22:30: Andrew Marr's History of the World
54 BBC HD Sun 14/10/12 21:30 - 22:30: Dragons' Den

In any case, don't like to moan, just hopefully useful feedback; it is a very useful package.

That last bunch recorded without problems.
Now I have another conflict report for next Saturday, this is the AR list (2nd & 4th are shown as conflicting)

50 BBC One HD Strictly Come Dancing Sat 20 Oct 2012 18:30 01:55:00
6 ITV2 Back to the Future Part III Sat 20 Oct 2012 20:00 02:20:00
50 BBC One HD Merlin Sat 20 Oct 2012 20:25 00:45:00
52 Channel 4 HD The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 Sat 20 Oct 2012 21:15 02:05:00
54 BBC HD Kill Bill Vol 1 Sat 20 Oct 2012 22:45 01:45:00

Clearly 1st & 3rd follow-on, using tuner 1 for 18:30 to 21:10
2nd will use tuner 2 for 20:00 to 22:20.
4th is from 21:15 to 23:20, at which time tuner 1 is free.
5th is from 22:45 to 00:30, at which time tuner 2 is free.

Obviously some problem in the conflict checker's assumptions about the use of the tuners that does not fit in with the fact that I record far too much TV :-)
