Repeat emails from remote schedule portal

Hi,

A while ago we lost all the HD channels, and as a result the Humax failed to record a couple of programs on the 20th October. I got an email alert next morning, which is great. However it continues to send the same email every morning, still referring back to that failed recording on the 20th. Is there any way to set it so that it only sends one alert for a failure?

Just delete the failed recording. I assume it is zero length?
 
As per above.

The failed recording checker is not, as I think you have assumed, registering the event of a failed recording. It is actually detecting the remnants of a failed recording on your HDD and reporting it so that you can clean up.
