Replacement Remote HDR-1000S?

Hi guys,

My darling wife doesn't like the button layout on the Humax Remote (play, pause, f/f etc too close to the top)

Can you get a third party remote for the HDR-1000S?

Yes, there are many 'learning' remotes that will do the job as well as 'some' pre-programned remotes, have a look at Logitech Harmony and All-4-One

Hi,

We went for an One 4 All Simple 4

Found it very easy to do the basic set up, then was able to move functions from one key to another, then copied a couple of functions from the TV remote to keys on the One 4 All.

Layout suits us and as a bonus it lights up when you pick it up.
