Agreed. The link might just be useful for others. Having crossed swords with an Amazon Market place seller about a return, I investigated and quoted all that stuff. He said that he was fully aware of it but only offered an 80% refund without postage. I had to go to Amazon A-Z people about it. I eventually got a full refund. I also used my credit card for the purchase, so could have gone down that route as well.
 
Yes. I owned this set top box and asked for some help/advice only to be greeted with sheer arrogance and argumentive responses from black hole (aka bum hole). Given how crap the device is I've decided to return my equipment as get a refund. So goodbye to humax and their frankly crap customer support and also to bum hole. Thanks for nothing.


This device is quite frankly the worst piece of equipment I had the misfortune to own.

In closing.... Screw you bum hole!!!!!!
