Is there a way to just copy the rules from one machine to another?

RS rules are stored in the server and not on the humax itself.
AFAIK there is no way to copy a complete set of rules from one machine to another

What you could do is, for each rule in turn, Use the Edit Rule Text button on the right side of the rue, Copy the rule text and paste it into the Edit Rule Text of a new rule for the new machine.
Quite time consuming if you have a lot of rules!

Can I presume that this could be as simple as copying something between two folders on the server?

More likely records have to be manipulated in a database.

More likely records have to be manipulated in a database.

Either way we mortals have no access to the server to make any changes,
Only @af123 has access and he has been much less active over the past few years.
@prpr and @/df can now maintain the webif but not the server code or databases
