RS Conflict Checker

I've just received this email:

Conflicts have been detected in your recording schedule on humax.
The following events conflict:

9 BBC FOUR Fri 28/06/13 22:05 - 23:05: Disco at the BBC
5 Channel 5 Fri 28/06/13 21:00 - 22:30: Big Brother: Live Eviction
102 BBC TWO HD Fri 28/06/13 23:00 - 02:00: Glastonbury 2013​

But I fail to see how this is a conflict since not more than 2 events overlap.

Can someone enlighten me please? What am I missing?

investigating further I wonder whether this might be to do with my series schedule recording of Big Brother (don't ask!) Although clearly there is no conflict today, later in the week BB runs from 10-11pm. Is the conflict checker perhaps looking at any of the series times and comparing them with today?

Can someone enlighten me please? What am I missing?

Only that the RS checker is very aggressive and sometimes gets it wrong. Better you get false positives than false negatives.
