RS Failed Recording Checker

I am receiving the following e-mail everyday, from Hummypkg Remote Scheduling (rs@hummypkg.org.uk) entitled RS Failed Recording Checker

"At least one failed recording has been detected in your media library. The following recording(s) failed:

/Dallas/Dallas_20121128_2000
/Dallas/Dallas_20121129_2000
/Dallas/Dallas_20121203_2000
"
Which may well be true but how do I stop it sending the message every day? In the setting tab on
http://rs.hummypkg.org.uk/acct/ I have Failed Recording Warning Emails set to ON. But why does it send the same e-mail every day and how can I stop it?

Do you still have the failed recordings in your media library?

If you have deleted them, you should not get the emails any more.

Hi guru's,

I wonder if you could help? I seem to have a quirky recording that my Hummy alerts me every day with:

Device: humax (dc:d3:21:0a:04:51)
At least one failed recording has been detected in your
media library. The following recording(s) failed:

/Coronation Street/Coronation Street_20130902_2028

I warned 'er indoors that the recording was duff - however she said it played fine, she's deleted it (I checked!) but I still get the message every day. I'm also using Flatten - should I delete the holding folder to see if that clears it, or is there a log file somewhere I could clear / cycle?

Any advice would as ever be appreciated.

Thanks
Jim

(apologies for the ever decreasing font on initial post!)
