rs/sync is not updating my rs epg...

As above - I tried rs/epgpush but, although it seems to run, nothing changes. I tried rs/sync which runs fine but, again, the rs epg does not reflect the epg on the box.
Am I missing something ?

My last rs email was 10th April but rs EPG is complete up to next Sunday, I haven't noticed any differences between it and webif,
any examples of errors that I should check

I had an email from rs at 22:37, so I guess something's been turned off and on again.

I’ve still not had any emails, even after doing a send/receive. Maybe there is a bit of a backlog.
