RS visual conflict page


This shows blank schedules for Monday & Tuesday next week.

Guessing its something to do with the clocks changing.

Assuming you mean the 'Visual' option in the RS home page then all okay for me - Monday and Tuesday scheduled recordings showing fine on PC and tablet
Is the RS EPG listing your services?
All channels showing through to next Wednesday on all four boxes.

Strangely, RS Visual schedule blank Monday to Wednesday on only three of these. Though there does seem to be an issue where programmes should wrap around into the next day, from Sunday onwards.

It may be that your EPG database has accumulated old data - what does the epgrange diagnostic show?
You can reset the EPG database from the maintenance mode telnet menu - probably worth doing in any case to see if it improves response.
My RS & WebIf Visuals are fine. Maybe the above from af123 from a different thread may help ?
Worth a punt, but nothing has changed.

Perhaps I just need to wait until we get past the 25 hour day.

As I hoped it has corrected itself this morning.

Must me related to clock changing.
