Scheduled recordings failed

In my case after doing a reset, the recorded programs were preserved and can be played without problems. I dd lose the schedule of future recordings and the settings.

Was that a Freeview reset or a factory reset? Sounds more like a Freeview reset.

This information came, anecdotally, from another Forum - allegedly from ITV:

" Our Engineering team has investigated, identifying the fault to a third-party software module crash which controlled the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) data for the Mendip region. The issue has now been resolved and measures put in place to mitigate this problem arising again.!"
