Screen Message:- Receiver turning off in 2 Minutes due to Automatic Shutdown"

May I ask another silly question?

Got the above screen message tonight & was asked to OK it or Cancel.

Pressed Cancel & no problems

But

What caused the message?

Is it a known occurrence?

By default box switches off if no remote activity detected in 3hrs.

Change Menu/Settings/System/Power Management/Automatic Power Down - off
