send a text message to the tv screen?

I remember my old dreambox web interface had an option to send a text message to the tv screen, does the humax have a similar option? if so, how?

To put some flesh on that: so far nobody has found a way to write to the screen overlay buffer (or possibly they haven't tried), other than to subvert the TV Portal.
