Shrink file Disappeared

I just started processing a file as I have done numerous times before but something strange happened.

I usually shrink a file (right click menu) then rename it before sending across to my PC via the Humax.

This time though after shrinking the file I am left with the following:

The shrunken file is no more.

I can go into the _original folder and start again but I'm a bit concerned as this has never happened before and I have done 778 files since March last year.

Just tried again with the file in the _original folder a few times and got the following each time:

I wonder if the single quote character is upsetting it?
Try renaming it and then try shrinking again.

No joy, I completely renamed the file:

Every time I try to shrink it it just moves down another folder layer.

It could be the apostrophe in the folder name too, but is your web interface up to date? There were some changes here recently.
I'll test and see what's going on!

Removing the apostrophe from the folder name made no difference.

I have already processed 3 other episodes from this series with no issue, all were named the same.

My WebIF version is shown in my signature, as far as I am aware it's up to date.

Why have none of the previous episodes in these series done this though?

130 of the 778 files I have processed have a ' in them
7 have a !

Only thing that has changed recently has been the WebIF update.

It might help if it said which file didn't exist. I guess the obvious thing to do is echo the failing command so you can see exactly what's going on.

I was just confirming to af123 that the fix he had posted had resolved my issue.
