Sidecar-foxsat for linux

I'd be grateful if someone could tell me how I can obtain a binary or source for the sidecar-foxsat utility that works for the foxsathdr. I think that I need one that accepts "-f" as an option to produce foxsat compatible files or an older version.
I've been trying for ages to locate on with no success.
Thanks,
Robin

:roflmao: Where did you invent all that from?
I've got a binary 'sidecar' that works, but the resulting files are not compatible with foxsathdr.
To answer your question, the source of information that appears to be unreliable is .... gemini. It confidently said that there was a foxsat version and that some versions included -f for foxsat compatibility.
Does this mean that I've been sent down (another) dead-end?

So that would be for HD-FOX and HDR-FOX then.

Yup, AI search summary slop. Don't ever rely on those for accurate results, always follow up by looking at the claimed sources of information.

I asked what the original source of a particular tune was, and it confidently came back with Bizet's Carmen. I then gave it supplementary input saying it's not Carmen, and it came back saying I was right, there were no authoritative sources for it being Carmen. So why say that in the first place? If it doesn't know, AI hallucinates something instead of saying it doesn't know (because it doesn't know it doesn't know).

And it doesn't learn either: a friend then asked the same question and got the same answer. The worst thing of all is the amount of energy spent producing all this slop when we didn't ask for it and can't easily opt out of it.

You know, when I read it, I thought "I wonder if this is AU generated" as it sounds so much like it. It would be nice if people said this in the first place.

It's b@ll@cks. Artificial Unintelligence. Just don't use this stuff.

I'll leave that for you to work out. The only possible thing you could try (AFAIK) is AV2HDR which runs on Windoze. You'll have to trawl AVForums for that.
I saw a message from raydon years ago that said he tried compiling a version for the Foxsat and it effectively killed the box as it stole all the (very limited) CPU and took an excessive amount of time. Nothing was released apparently as it was unusable, and he's long gone.
