Signal test

A strange thing has happpened recently, in the menu, the signal test which has 3 sections for testing 3 tuners which I have used to test in the past, but recently, when recording on one or even two tuners and watching another, when you look at the signal test page it only shows the power and quality on one tuner?

Please can you give an example of what channels you were using when the signal test page was only showing one tuner active?

Yes watching BBC1 HD and recording on film4 & Channel 4 HD

When watching a programme only one tuner will be in operation, so the Signal Test page will show that.
If you are watching BBBC 1 and recording Ch4, both these channels are broadcast on the same multiplex so again only one tuner will be active.
(All HD channels are broadcast on the same multiplex)
When you start recording other channels broadcast on different multiplexes the other tuners will be active.

As a test watch BBC1 HD and at the same time have two recordings happening on channels broadcast on different multiplexes.
For example U&Dave and U&Drama.

If that does not show 3 tuners being active switch the Aura off, long press on the power button and then press OK.
Wait until the LED has gone out after a few minutes start the Aura up.

Try the test again, do the three tuners now show as being active.
