Sky Sports F1 now on Sky Player

Not much more to add other to say that the new Sky Sports F1 channel is now added to the list of channels on the Sky Player app.

Strange that it is mind given that it's not officially supported by Sky or Humax (yet??).

The list of channels will be a dynamic list generated by a query back to sky's server.
The humax app will more than likely be using the same backend query stuff that their sky go iPad/iPhone/Xbox app uses.

Ah, so when i checked, i had checked the wrong forum!

I'd just posted in the main forum asking this question.... so from this can I take it that the Sky F1 channel works on a custom firmware HDR FOX T2?

If so, i know what i'll be doing this weekend!

I dont know if it works, but it certainly shows in the list of channels.

Bit the bullet and went for it.... works great.

Considering it's only in beta i'm very impressed with the interface of the Sky Player app too!!!

Yes the sky player app works really well for me, using my dads account for the movies and sports so saving me a fortune lol The only feature that doesn't work is the on demand.

It was the main reason for purchasing the HDR-FOX T2 and no longer need the Xbox 360.
